Celebrate Gibsons' silver anniversary with $25 steaks all day Monday, April 21, at the restaurant's three locations. For one day only, all steaks on the menu cost $25 — even the new 32-ounce Gibsons 42 Chop, normally $99; the 26-ounce Porterhouse, normally $55.25; and the 16-ounce bone-in filet mignon, normally $54.75.

Geneva Firehouse opens

A new pizza place, sandwich shop and takeout restaurant recently opened in downtown Geneva: Firehouse Pizza and Grill. This casual joint serves lunch and dinner and offers delivery. Try the Fire-O-Fish made with two pieces of beer-battered cod, lettuce, tomato, tartar sauce, pickles and American cheese with a choice of fries or side salad for $7.50.

Devon Seafood pairs with Boulevard beer

Devon Seafood + Steak partners with Boulevard Brewing Company for a four-course beer dinner starting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 24. Dinner starts with pork belly-sweet potato amuse-bouche followed by wild arugula salad, stout-poached prawns and grits, sous vide short rib and then strawberry rhubarb mousse. Pairings include Boulevard's Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale, 80-Acre Hoppy Wheat, Dark Truth Stout, The Sixth Glass and Double-Wide IPA. $55, plus tax and tip.
