Dillard was tainted by union money

On April 1, Senator Kirk Dillard wrote he "came within two votes per precinct of the GOP nomination for governor." He claims Bruce Rauner's record campaign spending and inaccurate polling distracted voters from the issues.

The key "issue" is the financial mess in Illinois and regardless of who is governor little if anything will change in the next four years. The Democrats have a supermajority control in the Senate and the House and individually and collectively are not concerned with the financial condition in Illinois.

Senator Dillard lost those two votes per precinct when he readily accepted those huge political contributions from the unions. At least two Republican voters in each precinct believe the union dues money tainted him.
