Larkin d. Oswego East 25-17, 25-18: The Royals (1-7) were able to pick up their first victory of the year on the road in a nonconference matchup Thursday night. Rodolfo Hernandez (8 assists, 2), Abel Saenz (2 kills, 2 digs) and Thomas Herndershott (3 kills, 2 digs) led the Royals. Eriberto Pelayo was a force on defense with 10 digs while also adding an ace.
