NCH rehab office moves to Mount Prospect

The Northwest Community Healthcare Physical Rehabilitation Services office in north Arlington Heights has relocated to the NCH Health Center at 199 W. Rand Road, Mount Prospect. The new location provides physical therapy for orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions, as well as concussion management. In the coming weeks, the clinic's services will expand further to offer speech pathology services to treat speech, language, and swallowing and voice difficulties.
