Parking talk planned

The Cook Memorial Public Library District board's building and grounds committee will meet Monday to discuss a possible expansion of the parking lot at the Aspen Drive Library in Vernon Hills. The meeting is set for 8:30 a.m. at the Cook Park Library, 413 N. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville.
