Preschool open house in Mundelein:

The Mundelein Park District hosts an open house at its Learning Center Preschool, 1016 Diamond Lake Road, between Route 45 and 60/83, Mundelein, from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, March 2. Families can learn the fundamentals of the hands-on, interactive and creative education with an emphasis on learning through recreation. Visitors can meet the teachers, tour the facility, and learn about theme-based programming and class objectives. Programs are available for ages 3 to 5, including half-day prekindergarten.
