Fundraiser to fight blindness:

Colonial Cafe & Ice Cream in Crystal Lake hosts a FUNdraising Night on Sunday, March 2, to benefit Team Focus Foundation Fighting Blindness. The restaurant at 5689 Northwest Highway will donate to the foundation 15 percent of the payment from each customer's bill between 4 and 10 p.m. Foundation Fighting Blindness is a national nonprofit organization that is the world's leading private source for retinal disease research funding.
