NORTHBROOK, IL. (January 30, 2014) - Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently announced that Realtor Ben Kelly Ivory is now associated with their Wilmette office.

Ivory is a native of Chicago's North side. After graduating from St. John's University in Minnesota, he spent 5 years in China working in relocation, international sales, and studying Mandarin. As a real estate agent, he specializes in residential investment property and international sales development.

Ivory's fluency in both Mandarin and Spanish allows him to assist international clients navigate through the home buying process. “We are very happy to have someone so passionate about helping people understand and interpret market data on our team,” explains Karen Arenson, Manager of the Wilmette office. “It's important to Ben that he helps buyers and sellers compare properties so that they understand values in their area.”
