Go fishing in Island Lake:

The Island Lake Lions Club will host an ice fishing derby on Saturday, Feb. 8. The event will run from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Eastway Park, which is on Eastway Drive north of Route 176. Admission is $10 for adults or $5 for kids 15 or younger.
