Palatine Amateur Football Association hosts annual meeting

The Palatine Amateur Football Association is an affiliate of the Palatine Park District. PAFA is an organized, full-contact youth travel football program for children in grades 3 through 8 (Ages 8 to 14 as of Sept. 1 of current year).

PAFA held its annual board meeting on Thursday, Dec. 12, at Durty Nellie’s in Palatine. Present at the meeting were four past presidents, along with current President Kollin Kozlowski. Upon retirement, the president is awarded with a president’s jacket from the PAFA organization; the four past presidents are all wearing their jackets. The most recent PAFA presidents include: 2013-present, Kollin Kozlowski; 2011-2012, Dave Carver; 2009-2010, Dan Fitzpatrick; 2007-2008, LeVern Hoover; 2005-2006, Joe Delaney; and 2003-2004, Don Jarosz.

The mission of Palatine Park District is to provide a variety of safe, enjoyable and affordable parks and recreation facilities and activities that will enhance the quality of life by promoting good health and well-being for all residents and visitors of the Palatine Park District.
