Ÿ Christina Herrera, 28, of the 5000 block of East Elm Street, McHenry, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper display of a license plate after a traffic stop at 1:22 a.m. Nov. 3 at Route 47 and Big Timber Road near Huntley, according to a sheriff’s report.

Batavia

Ÿ Victoria Solis, 50, of the 400 block of West Grant Highway, Marengo, was charged with retail theft at 8:42 p.m. Nov. 7 at Walgreens, 1918 W. Fabyan Parkway, Batavia, according to a police report.
