Arlington Hts. man charged with soliciting 16-year-old

An Arlington Heights man was charged Nov. 1 with soliciting a 16-year-old girl in mid-October, according to Cary police. Terrill Thomas, 30, was charged with indecent solicitation of a child after he came to Cary on Oct. 19, according to the Cary Police Department. Police said it is possible Thomas has other victims in the Chicago area.
