Fence painter should not be punished

I live on Riverside Avenue in Warrenville and walk my dog along Batavia Road every day. I always thank God for this beautiful fence painting along a drab line of fences.

I am stunned that Shawna is being fined by the association; this is the most ridiculous thing I have heard. I would love to see all the fencing facing Batavia Road being painted. This mural makes so many people who pass it, smile.

Shame on the association. I understand the need for rules but here some need to be bent or tossed out.
