Call for Community Volunteers for Leaf-raking Project

West Chicago, Illinois: October 21, 2013 – Community volunteers are needed for the annual leaf-raking event, scheduled for Saturday, November 2, 2013. Individuals and organized groups are invited to make a difference in the lives of the community's senior residents and have a great time in the process.

West Chicago Crime Prevention Officer Tony Quarto is organizing the leaf-raking service project. Volunteers will meet at 7:00 a.m. at the Fox Community Center, 306 Main Street, and return at 11:00 a.m. for a pizza party.
