Wauconda planning group meets:

Wauconda’s plan commission will host a pair of public hearings on Wednesday to discuss whether two properties in residential areas should be rezoned to allow retail businesses. The properties are at 26515 N. Route 12 and 435 Barrington Road. The meeting is set for 7 p.m. at village hall, 101 N. Main St.
