One World Festival in Mundelein:

A new community event, the One World Festival, will be held from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, at the Mundelein Metra station, 205 North Archer Ave. Free activities include music, dance groups, educational exhibits, games, crafts and more. Bring your appetite and try the flavorful world showcase of food and drink available for purchase. Visitors are encouraged to wear their culture’s traditional dress, The event is sponsored by the Fremont Public Library, Mundelein Park & Recreation District, Mundelein Community Connection, and the village of Mundelein.
