Hoffman Estates Parks offers karate for all ages

The Hoffman Estates Park District (HEPD) will again offer karate this Fall, taught by instructors from the Illinois Shotokan Karate Clubs under the direction of Chief Instructor, John DiPasquale, a seventh degree black belt. DiPasquale is a former four-time National Champion, U.S. Karate Team Member and current President of the USA National Karate Federation.

Kids age 4–7 (pre-karate), 8–14 (youth) and 15 years and up (adult/parent and child), will develop agility, strength, coordination, flexibility, muscle-tone along with self-defense while studying Shotokan Karate.

Classes begin after Labor Day so visit heparks.org for a schedule of classes or call 847-885-7500.
