Group to host health care act forum at Palatine Public Library

Northwest Suburbs Organizing for Action will host a public forum and town hall meeting about health care reform and the Affordable Care Act at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28, at the Palatine Public Library, 700 N. North Court. Guest speaker Andy Kurz, a former senior vice president and chief financial officer of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Wisconsin, will discuss what the act has and will do as well as myths and misconceptions.
