State Rep. Sam Yingling, D-Grayslake, will host a state services fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, at the Grayslake Park District Recreation Center, 240 Commerce Drive, Grayslake. The fair will give residents a chance to speak directly with representatives from multiple state agencies and discuss the services they provide. Participants include representatives from the attorney general’s office, comptroller’s office, treasurer’s office and department of natural resources, as well as information from the secretary of state and the Alzheimer’s Association.
