Start over with a new Metra board

The Metra board of directors continues to fail in its primary responsibilities: overseeing the finances of the organization and setting its policies, not meddling in staffing and other management issues. It’s governance 101. I said it in 2011 and I’ll say it again: Time for a fresh start with a clean slate of directors and some heavy-handed accountability.
