AAR declares 7.5 cent dividend

WOOD DALE — AAR Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend of 7.5 cents per share to its stockholders, payable on or before Aug. 14 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 29.

Future cash dividends will be subject to the approval of the board of directors, the company said in a release.

AAR is a global aerospace and defense contractor that employs more than 6,000 people in 17 countries.
