Probation for man charged with fleeing Schaumburg police

A Chicago man pleaded guilty to fleeing from the Schaumburg police in 2011, court records show.

Corky Miller, 41, of the 2400 block of N. Clybourn St., was arrested on burglary and aggravated fleeing charges in November 2011 along with four other men, police said. All five were charged with residential burglary, charges that Cook County prosecutors dropped earlier this year.

Miller, however, still faced the fleeing charge, a class four felony. In exchange for his guilty plea Thursday, a Cook County judge sentenced Miller to 24 months probation and ordered him to pay $684 in fines.
