Island Lake officials talk electronics:

The Island Lake village board will discuss the use of electronic devices at meetings when it gathers at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at village hall, 3720 Greenleaf Ave. The use of such equipment by board members and residents in the audience will be reviewed. Under state law, people are allowed to use video or audio equipment to record meetings, but reasonable rules are allowed.
