Bartlett police announces promotion

Rybaski has been with the Bartlett Police Department for eight years. He served as the Bartlett High School resource officer, physical skills in-house training instructor, and a member of the police department’s Warrant Service team. He was also selected as the Bartlett Police Department’s Police Officer of the Year in 2008. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University.

Rybaski will be assigned to the Patrol Section as one of the shift supervisors.
