D79’s Bickley honored:

Fremont Elementary District 79 school board President Sandra Bickley received a Distinguished Service Award for excellence from the Illinois School Public Relations Association in May. Bickley was honored for her initiation and support of the district’s communications efforts. She is a key communicator, promoting the work of public education to numerous audiences, district officials said.
