Vernon Hills resident earns medical degree at U of I

Francis Lee of Vernon Hills, IL, son of Young Hwan Lee and Young Ae Lee, graduated with a Medical Degree from the College of Medicine at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Lee received his degree in a ceremony at 2:00 p.m. on May 4, 2013 at the Alice Campbell Alumni Center in Urbana, IL.

Dr. Lee received his undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He will enter the residency program in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Illinois – OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL.

The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, College of Medicine confers the Doctor of Medicine degree through the University of Illinois at Chicago. College of Medicine students at Urbana-Champaign complete all four years of their medical education on the Urbana campus.
