Fremont Library Board seeks to fill two open seats

The Board of Trustees of the Fremont Public Library District is seeking to fill two open seats on the board. One of the open seats is the result of a resignation and the other is to complete a partial term for which no candidates filed nominating papers.

These appointed terms will last for two years, covering the time remaining of the original four-year terms.

The board has established a nominating committee that will recommend a candidate to the board for appointment. Interested candidates should send a letter of intent and a resume to Scott Davis, library director, Fremont Public Library, 1170 N. Midlothian Rd., Mundelein, IL 60060. Deadline for submissions is Monday, April 29. Interviews will be scheduled shortly after the application deadline.
