Free real estate seminar:

Ryan and Company Realtors, Inc. of Wauconda hosts a seminar from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 30 at the American Legion, Post 911, 515 S. Main St., Wauconda. The seminar is intended to educate homeowners about the short sale process and explain the homebuying process. Real estate experts will be available to help with financing, VA & HUD programs. A representative from the Illinois Housing Development Authority will be on hand to explain down payment assistance programs. On-site loan applications, home searches, and free credit reports will be offered. Food and refreshments will be provided.
