Assumed guilt led to dismissal of charges
The three Schaumburg police officers who are accused of wrongdoing have not been convicted in a court of law. Therefore, the 19 people who were arrested by them had cases dismissed because of an assumed guilt of the three.
Law does not go by assumption — it has to be proven — and that hasn’t happened yet.
