No, this is not a recent newspaper headline about North Korea’s threat to launch a first-strike nuclear attack against the United States. It is from IMDB’s description of the 1959 movie comedy starring Peter Sellers titled “The Mouse that Roared.”
A sobering footnote: In the movie the United States ends up surrendering to that “impoverished backward nation.”
