Ryan is luckiest felon on earth

George Ryan is the luckiest felon on earth. His pro bono legal team has filed motion after motion in the last five and one-half years to appeal his conviction on numerous counts.

All of the motions have the goal of obtaining one victory anywhere that will provide the basis to launch more motions to ultimately secure his $200,000 annual pension.

The Supreme Court’s decision will not stop Ryan’s pro bono legal team.
