Does anyone get the Constitution?

Howard Huber, in the Dec. 15 Fence Post, states, among other things, that Congress could “reverse the law that limits the president to two terms.”

Is Mr. Huber unaware of or just ignoring Amendment XXII, Section 1, of the U.S. Constitution that prohibits the election of anyone to president more than twice?

Does the above have any relationship to what is currently happening in Illinois regarding “pension reform?”

Are Illinois legislators, business organizations, newspapers, and others unaware of, or just ignoring, Article XIII, Section 5 of the Illinois Constitution which states that members in any pension system of state or local governments shall not have their benefits diminished or impaired?

Just asking and wondering.
