Palatine Amateur Football Association celebrates homecoming

Homecoming weekend held in Palatine Oct. 6 and 7

If you were anywhere near Ost Field or Community Park on Saturday, Oct. 6, or Palatine or Fremd high schools on Sunday, Oct. 7, you probably saw a lot of black and gold.

Palatine Amateur Football Association homecoming was held the weekend of Oct. 6 and 7, in Palatine. Games were played throughout the weekend on several fields, including the stadiums at Fremd and Palatine high schools. Games for multiple divisions were included both on the fields and from the spirited sidelines.
