Staff changes up for vote in Wauconda

The Wauconda village board will meet Tuesday to name Zaida Torres the town’s interim administrator.

Torres will replace Dave Geary, who resigned last month to become business manager for the Wauconda Fire Protection District. Additionally, Joseph Schwarz will be named the town’s building director.

The meeting is set for 7 p.m. at village hall, 101 N. Main St.
