Apology was not called for
I can’t believe you gave a formal apology to Tammy Duckworth. Is she not considered a tax cheat anymore?
She does have CPAs that do her taxes, I would not call it a mistake. You’re disappointed in your “flippant” language. Well, if that’s the case, shouldn’t you apologize to Mr. Walsh for language used by your paper that is far worse than being called a tax cheat? Or could it be that your paper, it seems to me anyway, has been leaning more to the left instead of staying neutral?
Apologize to the Democrat, but none for the Republican running against her.
