Island Lake village hall project

The Island Lake village board will host a workshop about the proposed village hall and police station project on Friday, July 27. The session is set for 2:30 p.m. at village hall, 3720 Greenleaf Ave. Officials are seeking to open a new hall and police station at a to-be-determined site. They likely would lease the property.
