It’s about Romney’s integrity, not money
The reluctance by the Romney campaign is fueling the fire about what “truths” they may contain, not regarding his wealth. Everyone already knows that he is wealthy. But he has a history of flipping on issues.
As the saying goes, “The devil is in the details.” Maybe that is the reason the governor is reluctant to be forthcoming.
If he believes for a moment that he will not be asked during the coming debates about his income and when and how he derived it, he should think again. It is his honesty and integrity that matter most. Not how much money he has.
