June 18 marks the 70th birthday of former Beatle and musical legend Paul McCartney. He’s a celebrity who merits laudation because of his many charitable causes. Paul McCartney uses his monies and campaigns on behalf of human rights, social justice, racial harmony, animal rights, ethical vegetarianism and wildlife conservation. He also uses his resources to combat breast cancer, deadly land mines, famine and global warming.

Paul McCartney has been an exemplary entertainer for decades while simultaneously demonstrating that he has a benevolent heart of gold.
