Vintage fire trucks on display at next Car Fun on 21 event in downtown Libertyville
MainStreet Libertyville will host its second Car Fun on 21 classic car show for the season on Wednesday, June 20 on Church Street in the downtown area.
In addition to classic cars 25 years and older, vintage fire trucks from Libertyville and several surrounding communities will be displayed. The event runs from 6 to 9 p.m.
Be sure to bring your cameras. Listen to the sounds of Miss Demeanor and The Attitudes, and have a pulled pork sandwich from Main Street Smokehouse or ice cream from Culver’s of Libertyville. Enjoy a summer evening admiring the cars and trucks and chatting with their proud owners.
If you would like to display your car or truck, use the Brainerd Avenue entrance. A volunteer will be there to assist you. Parking begins at 5 p.m.
Mark your calendars for the remaining Car Fun on 21 events: Wednesday, July 18 (music by My Moneys on Bob); Aug. 15 (David Dallison & Friends); and Sept. 29 (The New Libertyvillians).
