Streamwood man charged with molesting teen

A Cook County judge set bail at $50,000 Friday for a Streamwood man who prosecutors say molested a teenager over an extended period of time.
Efrain Toro, 45, has been charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault, a class 1 felony which carries a sentence of four to 15 years in prison upon conviction.
Toro, who prosecutors say has no criminal background, next appears in court on June 21.
