Free Vision Screening

Vista Linda Eye Care, 111 W. Prospect Avenue in Mount Prospect, will be conducting free vision screening at the Mount Prospect Community Connections Health Fair to be held at John Jay School, Saturday June 9, 2012 from noon until 3:00PM. Other free services at the health fair include blood pressure checks, breast exams, cholesterol screenings, diabetes screenings and a paramedic demonstration.

John Jay Elementary School is at 1835 Pheasant Trail in Mount Prospect.
