Refine oil on our side of the border

Build a refinery on this side of the Canadian border. The president is against a costly pipeline from Canada to the Gulf area. With a refinery on this side of the border, oil could be delivered by a short pipeline or just be transported in tank trucks.

Americans need cheaper gas. All our energy should go into this effort. Make it No. 1 priority. If not, people will not have enough money due to gasoline costs. All businesses will suffer and another recession will be our future.
