Relay for Life of Mt. Prospect/Prospect Heights

Cancer never sleeps. That's why Relay for Life teams will walk all night in symbolic solidarity for loved and friends who have battled cancer. Join them from 6 p.m. Friday, May 18 to 6 a.m. Saturday, May 19 at Prospect High School, 801 W. Kensington Road in Mt. Prospect.

Throughout the night, there will be entertainment, concessions, a raffle and several moving ceremonies including the opening survivor lap at 6 p.m., the luminaria ceremony at 9 p.m. and plenty of fun ways to show your support and cheer on the more than 50 teams of walkers who are participating. Relay for Life is the signature fundraiser of the American Cancer Society.
