Whose federal budget ideas do you follow?

Paul Ryan has stated that his budget was “informed by” the Catholic Church’s “social magisterium” — i.e., its teaching, among other things, “to prevent the poor from staying poor.” Contrast this with President Obama’s ridiculing it as “social Darwinism,” “a Trojan horse” and “antithetical to our entire history.”

My belief is that Barack Obama was “informed by” Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” Another Alinsky rule this president has down to a science is to “pick the target, freeze it, personalize it and polarize it.”

If the truth be told, I know which path I want to follow and, I believe, the majority of Americans would also.
