Chicago Prime Steakhouse to host Hess Collection Wine Dinner May 11

On Friday, May 11, 2012, Chicago Prime Steakhouse will host The Hess Collection Wine Dinner featuring Brian Batridge of The Hess Collection and Chef Ruben Garcia of Chicago Prime Steakhouse.

A wine reception commences at 6:30pm, followed by a 5-course all-inclusive dinner at 7pm.

For $100 per person including tax and gratuity, guests can indulge in four Hess Collection wine selections thoughtfully paired with the award-winning cuisine of Chef Garcia.

Following the event, guests can relax in the lounge and enjoy live music by top local talents.
