Emanuel should be the Safety Mayor

Mayor Emanuel, I like you. And, many around town like the job you are doing thus far. Thank you. I’m sure you are aware the homicide rate in Chicago was incredibly high the first quarter of the year.

Can you aspire to be the mayor who makes Chicago the safest city in America? I know it’s a tall order. But, after all, what’s more important than our safety?
