AAR announces 7.5 cent per share dividend

WOOD DALE — AAR Corp. said its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 7.5 cents per share to its stockholders, payable May 15 to stockholders of record as of May 1.

Future cash dividends will be subject to board of directors approval, the company said in a release.

AAR is a provider of products and value-added services to the worldwide aerospace and government and defense industries.
