LHS pool repairs approved:

The Illinois Department of Public Health has formally approved a mandated plan to improve the drain system at Libertyville High School’s swimming pool, educators announced Monday. The work was ordered to meet state and federal safety standards. Libertyville-Vernon Hills Area High School District 128 officials now will seek contractors to do the work. They hope to hire a firm April 23. A similar repair plan at Vernon Hills High School’s pool was approved earlier.
