Spring means Maibock
Trees blossom and the weather turns warm, but at Gordon Biersch the biggest indicator of spring is the return of the seasonal handcrafted Maibock beer. The strongly bronzed brew features a warming caramel malt balanced with noble Hersbrucker hops. Grab a half-liter for $5.75. Pair the Maibock with a new spring food menu item such as the Panko-dusted salmon, the roasted vegetable flatbread, the grilled chicken with a herbed cream sauce or the garden turkey burger. Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, 639 E. Boughton Road, Suite 100, Bolingbrook. (630) 739-6036 or gordonbiersch.com.
