Free Zumba classes in Mundelein

Adults 50 and over can join the Zumba movement with a free class offered by the Mundelein Park and Recreation District at 10:30 a.m., Monday, April 9, at the Regent Center, 1200 Regent Drive in Mundelein.

Participants can get moving with Latin-inspired music and easy to follow moves in a fun and exciting atmosphere. The program, Zumba Gold, has modified moves and pacing to suit the needs of active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
